Job summary

Center Parcs at Woburn Forest is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join the Restaurant Runner team. You will prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements.
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets.
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards.
