Job summary

Bistrot Pierre in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the senior kitchen team and confidently run sections while maintaining high standards throughout service.

You’ll play a key role in developing consistency, organisation and teamwork in a busy fresh food kitchen, with opportunities to grow your culinary skills and advance within a vibrant restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident and calm under pressure.
• Passion for fresh, quality food and high standards.
