Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Line Controller to join our Grantham site. You will set up and adjust processing machinery to ensure product safety and quality, while monitoring production performance to meet specifications.

The role includes handling ingredients and performing line changeovers with attention to safe manual handling. Shifts run Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on an alternating basis, with a starting salary around £578 per week (£30,056 per year).

Pilgrim’s Europe is a leading food manufacturer, and we are currently looking for Line Controller to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.

In the line controller role you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting process machinery in order to ensure product safety and quality. You will be monitoring the product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.

In the role you will be required to fill machines with ingredients which may include lifting up to 25KG bags.

You will focus on the efficient running of the line and changeovers when producing different products. You will also report any issues with product or machinery to you line manager to be resolved.

ift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating

Salary tarts from £578 per week, £30 056 per year.
