Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe in Grantham is seeking a Line Controller to set up and adjust process machinery, monitor production against specifications, and ensure product safety and quality. The role involves lifting up to 25 kg bags and assisting with line changeovers.

The shift runs Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00. Salary starts at £618 per week (£32,136 per year) with a refer-a-friend incentive. This is a hands-on role in a supportive team offering development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust process machinery to meet product specifications.
• Monitor production to ensure parameters are met and quality is maintained.
• Load ingredients into machines and assist with line changeovers between products.
• Report any issues with product or machinery to the line manager for resolution.

Job description

In the line controller role you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting process machinery in order to ensure product safety and quality. You will be monitoring the product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.

In the role you will be required to fill machines with ingredients which may include lifting up to 25KG bags.

You will focus on the efficient running of the line and changeovers when producing different products. You will also report any issues with product or machinery to you line manager to be resolved.

hift pattern: Monday to Friday - 22.00-06.00

Salary tarts from £618 per week, £32 136 per year.
