Job summary

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Line Controller to join our Grantham site. You will set up and adjust processing machinery to ensure product safety and quality, while monitoring production performance to meet specifications.

The role includes handling ingredients and performing line changeovers with attention to safe manual handling. Shifts run Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on an alternating basis, with a starting salary around £578 per week (£30,056 per year).

Qualifications

• Setting up and adjusting process machinery to ensure product safety and quality.
• Monitoring product and machinery during production to meet specification parameters.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg bags during filling and loading.
• Focus on efficient line running and product changeovers.
• Report any issues to the line manager for resolution.

Responsibilities
