• Managing stock, ordering supplies and ensuring effective stock rotation.
• Organising, labelling and maintaining kitchen storage areas.
• Adhering to all food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Minimising waste and supporting cost control within the kitchen.
