About the Role:

This is a hands-on role in a high-turnover kitchen where precision, pace, and passion matter. You’ll start with training and support in the back before stepping into the front line of service — working the pass, plating up our signature small plates, and making every dish count. If you’re hungry to grow, there’s a clear path here to Sous Chef and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prepping and cooking dishes to spec in a busy service
  • Supporting service on the front line once trained
  • Keeping your section sharp and efficient
  • Working as part of a tight, motivated kitchen crew
  • Bringing your ideas — menu creativity is encouraged here

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Great communication and teamwork
  • High standards, sharp timing, and calm under pressure
  • A real passion for food — especially bold, exciting flavours
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts (30hrs/week with rotating days off)
