Job summary

PTSG Group in London is seeking an experienced Lightning Protection Engineer to carry out testing, inspection and maintenance of lightning protection systems across diverse buildings. You will ensure BS EN 62305:2012 compliance while delivering professional, customer-focused service.

The role requires proven lightning protection experience, NVQ Level 2/3 in Lightning Conductor Engineering, a UK driving licence and CSCS card, plus flexibility to work at height on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lightning protection (testing, repair, or installation).
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 62305:2012 standards and requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS card required.
• Desirable: IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect, and maintain lightning protection systems.
• Complete compliance reports and issue certification.
• Identify remedial works and carry out repairs.
• Work at height and across multiple client sites.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
