Omega Red Group is seeking a Lightning Protection Test Engineer to survey, test, and inspect earthing and lightning protection systems across multiple sites in the London area. The role focuses on delivering accurate assessments using PDA reports, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will work in a field-based capacity, travel to diverse sites, and provide clear recommendations while following industry standards. The company offers a permanent, full-time position with a 45-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lightning protection or related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Hands-on field role with testing equipment and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, surveys, and testing of lightning protection and earthing systems.
• Assess system condition and maintenance needs; identify faults and deterioration.
