Job summary

Tata Technologies is recruiting a Lighting Validation Engineer to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon. The role focuses on validating interior and exterior lighting features, planning static and dynamic tests, including night drives, and ensuring timely delivery of validation results.

You will work within our Embedded Systems Solutions team, collaborating with Lighting Lead Engineers and cross-functional teams, while maintaining calibration records, following ASPICE-aligned processes, and

Qualifications

Experience of working in vehicle validation.
Full driving licence and Class 3 – Advanced Road Driving permit.
Willingness to support validation activity in hours of darkness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
Experience maintaining calibration records and arranging equipment calibration.

Responsibilities

Own exterior and interior lighting validation across the range of vehicles.
Execute static and dynamic validation activity, including night drives.
Develop robust validation plans involving input from multiple stakeholders.
Input into the evolution of validation methods for new and existing lighting features.
Undertake any other work as directed by line manager in connection with their job.
