Job summary

Tata Technologies, based in Warwick, seeks a Module Leader - Exterior to take ownership of the exterior module from concept through launch and post-launch support. You will lead a cross-functional team across design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, homologation and supplier partners while maintaining cost, schedule and quality targets.

You will provide technical leadership for exterior systems, collaborate with Vehicle Programme teams, studios and Tier 1 suppliers, and drive

Qualifications

• Significant experience in automotive exterior engineering across bumper systems, closures, glazing, panels or exterior sealing and trim.
• Proven track record of module or senior lead engineer delivery from concept through production launch.
• Strong knowledge of exterior DTC processes, aerodynamic targets, DVP&R, FMEA, homologation, APQP and gateway management.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated exterior module plan from concept to post-launch.
• Lead cross-functional Exterior Module Team with design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing and supplier interfaces.
• Ensure design release, virtual validation, tooling readiness, build events and launch readiness gates are met.
