Job summary

Neev is seeking a Validation Engineer to own the validation of interior and exterior lighting features across client vehicles. You will plan and execute static and dynamic validation, including night drives, following established procedures and risk assessments.

This role requires working knowledge of vehicle validation processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver robust validation plans and timely certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle validation environments.
• Willingness to perform validation in hours of darkness.
• Ability to handle complex test cases and data.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own exterior and interior lighting feature validation across client vehicles.
• Execute static and dynamic validation including night drives per procedures.
• Develop validation plans with input from multiple stakeholders to meet gateways.
• Contribute to evolution of validation methods for lighting features.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by line manager.
