Qualifications

• Proficient in Lighting Reality or Dialux lighting design software and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of external lighting standards, guidance, legislation and regulations.
• Competency in lighting design from conception to construction document issuance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with teams, stakeholders, and clients on design projects.
• Produce design layouts, engineering drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with WSP's quality assurance standards.

Skills

Lighting design software proficiency

Understanding of external lighting standards

Experience in lighting design

Good communication skills

Knowledge of external lighting products

Education

Membership of a relevant professional organisation

EngTech registration with the Engineering Council
