Job summary

Calex UK is seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to deliver blended technical training for Stellantis in Coventry. You will teach technicians from Level 1 through Level 5, using a mix of virtual and face-to-face sessions and adapt to different learning styles.

A High Voltage focus is preferred, with an EV qualification beneficial. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with travel as needed and a salary of £40,000–£42,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training, ideally in automotive.
• EV knowledge and ability to teach high voltage topics.
• Comfort with blended learning including virtual and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional learning experience through blended delivery.
• Run scheduled days of learning for technicians from Level 1 to Level 5.
• Deliver technical training on events such as product updates.
• Provide coaching and assess delegate competence.
• Collaborate with Stellantis management and Calex staff.
