Stannah is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for the South Midlands to drive growth in our New Lift Division. The role is home-based with a company vehicle and a basic salary plus OTE, offering autonomy to manage your own territory and develop long-term customer relationships across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift sales or related field.
• Ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and quotation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and optimise conversion ratios.
• Monitor progress and report on issues, devising strategies to boost sales.
• Assess client needs through effective questioning and propose tailored lift solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure leads and quotes are followed up.
• Identify, visit and nurture relationships with prospects and repeat customers.
