Stannah is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join the Maintenance and Repair Division in Dartford. The role involves providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within the client base, leveraging lift experience and a customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be target-driven, and capable of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Interpersonal skills and sales focus are essential.
• Experience in customer service and lift industry is preferred.
• GCSE English grade C or above required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, with accurate quotes, proposals, and timely follow-ups for minor repair work.
• Keep detailed records of activities, including leads and quotations, using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, with occasional travel within the service area.
