Job summary

Stannah Group in Southern England is seeking an experienced Lift Project Manager to oversee lift installation projects from planning through to completion. You’ll coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while keeping customers informed.

The role requires a practical knowledge of lift installations, construction processes and building standards, plus strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lift installation projects.
• Knowledge of safety and building standards.
• Strong customer-focused project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing, and site readiness.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure handover and warranty completion.
