Job summary

Stannah in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lift Project Manager to oversee lift installation projects from planning through completion. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget while coordinating customers, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of lift installations, construction processes and building standards, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lift installation projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries and testing.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews to ensure quality.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, contractors and teams.
• Control project costs, manage variations and close out defects.
• Ensure awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards.
