Job summary

Stannah is seeking a highly organised Project Surveyor to support lift installation projects from pre-construction through to installation, covering the Midlands and the South of England. The role is home-based with travel to head office and customer sites.

You will conduct site surveys, dimensional checks and pre-start inspections, ensuring technical compliance, health and safety, and high-quality project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and clear communications with

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction industry, ideally involving platform lift installation, platform lifts and servicing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical, architectural, and construction drawings.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lift installation projects by conducting site surveys, dimensional checks, and pre-start inspections to ensure successful project delivery.
• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and site readiness before installation work begins.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers, sales teams, and operational colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and professional site management.
• Maintain accurate reports, coordinate project activities, and ensure installations.
