Job summary

Stannah Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced New Lifts Project Manager to own installation projects from concept to completion, coordinating customers, contractors and installation teams.

You will cover the South of England with a mix of home-based work, site visits and customer meetings, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while managing budget and expectations.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 Installing Lifts is required.
• Project Management qualification is required.
• Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
• Understand and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of new installationand projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments.

You will be covering projects across the South of England, with a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30

Project Manager Responsibilities
