Job summary

Stannah Management Services is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to cover Bristol and nearby areas. You will service lifts, diagnose faults, and keep operations safe with support from a local team. The role includes a structured route, occasional breakdown callouts, and paperwork compliance.

Required NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent), prior lift engineering experience, and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary up to £59,000 incl OTE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45

Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)

We’re looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Bristol and surrounding areas.

You’ll be looking after your own patch — servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch

• Covering Bristol and nearby areas
• Structured route (no random national travel)
• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites
• Mostly staying within your allocated area
• Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance
• Attending breakdowns and callouts
• Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running
• Keeping sites safe and compliant
• Completing site logs and basic paperwork
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair)
• Full UK driving licence
