Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to cover a Didcot-based route across Didcot and surrounding areas. You’ll service lifts, fault find, and keep sites safe day-to-day with support from a local team.

The patch covers Didcot and nearby areas, with a structured route and a mix of commercial, residential and public sites. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Attending breakdowns and callouts.
• Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running.
• Keeping sites safe and compliant.
• Completing site logs and basic paperwork.

Job description

We're looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Didcot and surrounding areas. You'll be looking after your own patch - servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch:

• Covering Didcot and nearby areas
• Structured route (no random national travel)
• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites
• Mostly staying within your allocated area

Lift Engineer Responsibilities:
