Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Lead to plan and deliver enriching activities for residents in a caring, homelike environment. You will identify individual goals, coordinate a team, and ensure a vibrant activity schedule that reflects residents’ interests.

The role emphasises strong communication with families and staff, continuous development through our Academy, and ongoing engagement with community events to keep activities fresh and inspiring.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to help people and boost resident wellbeing.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate activities.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents’ goals and create personalised activity plans.
• Lead the team to run stimulating activities and events.
• Advertise the programme throughout the home to maximise participation.
• Maintain individual reports and provide updates on resident wellbeing to relatives.
• Stay informed about local and national events to refresh the activity programme.
