Job summary

Nuffield Health at Granta Park is seeking a Lifeguard for bank, part-time hours. You will monitor pool areas, ensure safety and provide excellent member care in a welcoming environment.

Candidate must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, bring enthusiasm, and be a strong team player dedicated to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
