Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Lifeguard – Trainee / Qualified to join the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. The role offers £13.83 per hour and requires guarding, safety duties and a strong customer focus.
You'll complete NPLQ training, pass a swim test, and may work full-time or part-time shifts between 7:30am and 9:00pm. DBS checks are required and a friendly, safety-conscious approach is essential.

As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.
To be a Lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.
Trainee Lifeguards must attend a 5-day NPLQ course. Employment is subject to passing the course. The course includes classroom sessions on Lifeguard responsibilities, observing pool guests, performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR.
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
