Job summary

Serco Leisure is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust for a Lifeguard at Loughborough Leisure Centre. You’ll supervise pool activities, ensure safety and provide excellent customer care.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, be over 18, and possess strong swimming skills. This full-time role offers £10.85–£12.71 per hour plus benefits including training, pension and free leisure access.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Strong swimming ability and vigilance in pool safety.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain high cleanliness standards.
