Tmactive, at Larkfield Leisure Centre, is hiring a Full Time Recreation Assistant to join our busy aquatic facility team. The role requires rota-based hours including weekdays, weekends, days and evenings. You will supervise swimmers, uphold safety, and deliver a high standard of customer experience.

Duties include cleaning tasks, pool maintenance, and enforcing pool rules, with potential coaching duties when needed. Candidates must hold a current NPLQ.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
