Job summary

Freedom Leisure seeks a Lifeguard to deliver safe, friendly, and high-quality customer experiences across our leisure centres. You will be trained where needed and join a supportive team responsible for ensuring clean, well-managed pools and an engaging environment for people of all ages.

Role requires 16 hours per week on a rota basis, with DBS checks and ongoing training provided to help you grow within a charitable leisure trust across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers of all ages.
• Team oriented and flexible to work across organisation boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer service in a friendly, clean and safe leisure facility.
• Engage with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming environment.
• Support training and development initiatives as part of the team.
