Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring casual Lifeguards across our centres in the UK. You will help ensure safe, clean facilities and friendly service for all customers.

You don’t need to be an expert to start—we’ll provide training and DBS checks. You need to be able to swim competently and enjoy working with the public; Welsh language skills are desirable. Salary up to £12.71 per hour, with flexible hours and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and able to work across organisational boundaries.
• Flexibility and adaptability; able to follow instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
• Welsh language skills are desirable.
• DBS check.
