As a qualified lifeguard, your primary role is to ensure the safety of those in or around our pools.

You will use your training and knowledge to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests enjoying our outdoor pool or other pools you may be asked to cover.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring swimmers follow safety rules.
2. Monitoring that people stay in safe areas.
3. Providing first aid; support with retraining if your certificate is nearing expiry.
4. Conducting regular pool water tests.
5. Supporting colleagues with opening and closing procedures.
6. Clearing leftover towels to ensure guest beds are available.
7. Keeping the poolside area free of excess water.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of all public and changing areas.
9. Covering reception duties when required.
10. Ensuring changing rooms are clean, tidy, and free of debris, and addressing shortfalls as needed.
