Job summary

Butlin's in the United Kingdom is seeking Lifeguards to join our Team Member Plus across resort areas. You will work at Splash Waterworld and help provide guests with a fantastic experience while ensuring safety and high energy in a busy environment.

No experience? Training provided including NPLQ; the role requires strong swimming and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You'll join a lively, guest-facing team across multiple shifts throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Strong and confident swimming ability.
• Energetic, switched-on and able to multitask.
• Willingness to gain National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with support.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality or waterparks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety in Splash Waterworld pools.
• Supervise slides, wave pool, and run poolside activities.
• Help create memorable experiences for guests and build connections.
• Assist across teams as needed across the resort.
