Job summary

Blast Off Bay in Thurrock is seeking a dedicated lifeguard for a part-time, year-round role. You will supervise pool activities to industry standards, engage with guests, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Candidate must hold current Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certifications, and be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. Training and development opportunities are available, with a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of pool activities per industry standards.
• Ensure facilities meet Genesis Brand Standards 100% of the time.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain chemical levels and logs; assist with cleaning duties.
• Provide CPR and first aid when needed and coordinate with staff.
