Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise pool users and maintain a safe, welcoming environment across centres in England. Training will be provided; a competent swimming ability and NPLQ qualification are required. You will join a supportive, customer-focused team and contribute to high standards of safety and service.

Location options include Braintree, Halstead, or Witham; casual hours may apply, with flexible shift patterns to cover peak times and events.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer; pass swim test.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work across shifts and teams.
• Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of pool users.
• Provide helpful, friendly customer service and guidance.
• Maintain clean, safe and welcoming facilities for all users.
