Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring casual Lifeguards to supervise pools and ensure safety across our centres. You’ll engage with customers of all ages, work as part of a friendly team, and develop your lifeguard skills. Training is provided where needed and opportunities for progression exist.

The role offers casual hours as and when required, with a supportive team and a range of staff benefits. A rewarding way to help communities stay active and safe.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team oriented approach; work across organisation boundaries and support staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool areas and ensure lifeguard safety procedures are followed
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication with colleagues
• Contribute to delivering positive customer experiences and assist guests as needed
