Freedom Leisure is hiring Lifeguards to help keep our centres welcoming, clean and safe for every swimmer and visitor. You’ll join a charitable leisure trust that values training, development and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• First Aid at Work.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Strong swimmer and able to attend a week long training course.
• Team orientated approach and cross-organisational collaboration.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to follow instructions.
• Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Support objectives by ensuring centres are welcoming, clean and safe for customers.
