Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard on a bank contract to monitor pool safety and provide excellent customer care in our Stoke facility. You will be part of a team ensuring a safe, friendly environment for members and visitors, with training and development encouraged.

Ideal candidates hold an NPLQ or equivalent, with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills. This role offers ad-hoc bank shifts, holiday entitlement, and access to staff benefits including gym discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, eager to learn new skills.
• Passionate about great customer care and teamwork.
