Job summary

Nuffield Health Newbury is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise wet-side facilities and ensure member safety and enjoyment. The role is part-time on bank shifts, with a pay rate of £13.10 per hour, and requires a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for members and visitors, maintaining high standards of customer care and teamwork while supporting pool, spa, sauna and steam room operations.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard, you will:
