Job summary

Warner Hotels Lakeside on Hayling Island is seeking Lifeguards to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment around our pool and leisure facilities. The role emphasizes guest safety, service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will monitor swimming areas, respond to incidents, administer first aid as needed, and educate guests on pool rules while upholding Health and Safety standards and delivering proactive service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard certificate is an advantage but not essential – full training available.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Work independently while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the leisure department.
• Follow the company Health and Safety Policy to ensure a safe environment for team and guests.

Join our team at Lakeside, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This hotel on Hayling Island has spa facilities, a cabaret restaurant, and overlooks a lake near the Hampshire coast.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 dependent on age.

What will I be doing?

As a Lifeguard You Will

• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
