About the Role

Our lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Water World, while also providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests through poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

This role offers a 30-35 hour contract and onsite accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and relate with a diverse range of guests, demonstrating enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
• Maintain strong swimming skills and attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy periods.
• If you have a lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you; we also support candidates in obtaining their NPLQ qualification with us.
• Work collaboratively with the team, with some supervision required when managing areas independently.
• Be flexible, reliable, and punctual, as the role involves working 7 days a week and is vital to our team.
