About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes in Splash Water World. Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires excellent attention to detail, interaction with guests, and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences while prioritizing safety.

This role offers a 30-35 hour contract and onsite accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and relate with a wide range of people, demonstrating enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
• Be a strong swimmer with keen attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times.
• If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. We are also happy to support you in gaining your NPLQ qualification with us.
• Work alongside a great team, with some supervision of areas independently.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and punctuality as our business operates 7 days a week.
