About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes in Splash Water World. The role requires superb attention to detail, interaction with guests, and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences while prioritizing guest safety.

Contract and Accommodation: This role holds a 30-35 hour contract, with onsite accommodation available.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and relate with a wide range of people as part of a dynamic team.
• Be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times.
• If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. We are also happy to support you in gaining your NPLQ qualification with us.
• Work independently at times while supervising areas, alongside team collaboration.
• Maintain flexibility, reliability, and punctuality as our business operates 7 days a week.
