Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Lifeguards to cover existing staff absences. You will be paid £13.48–£13.92 per hour, plus 10% unsocial-hour supplement for qualifying shifts, and a 12.07% annual leave uplift.

We're looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad-hoc basis covering existing staff absences. For any unsocial hours worked casual workers will receive an additional payment (at a rate of 10%) attached to their hourly rate.

As a casual worker, the council will enhance your hourly rate by 12.07% to compensate you for annual leave. You will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
