Job summary

Warner Hotels at Gunton Hall is seeking a Lifeguard Team Member to join our Leisure team. You will monitor pool areas, ensure guest safety, and provide friendly service to create a welcoming environment. You will carry out rescue techniques, give first aid as required, and educate guests on pool rules.

National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) and ability to swim 100m required. This is a great role for those who are passionate about leisure and guest wellbeing.

Qualifications

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) required.
• Able to swim at least 100 metres.
• Ability to provide first aid and safety supervision.
• Commitment to guest service and cleanliness.

Join our team at Gunton Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 212-bedroom coastal hotel has a rural feel, surrounded by Suffolk woodland, gardens, a lake, and pitch-and-putt course.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service. Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.

What will I be doing?

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
