Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Lifeguard Team Member for our leisure facilities. You will supervise pool areas, ensure guest safety, and deliver excellent service in a welcoming environment.

Hourly rate up to £12.71, dependent on age. This on-site role supports the Leisure team across a Grade II listed property and offers development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) required.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters.
• Ability to work independently and deliver customer service and maintain cleanliness within the leisure department.
• Follow Health and Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations.

Join our team at Alvaston Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful 253-bedroom hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian half-timbered country house, making a great base for exploring Cheshire’s green spaces and history.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 dependent on age.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service. Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.
