Job summary

Nuffield Health is hiring a Lifeguard in Bradford. This part-time role requires monitoring the pool and related facilities to ensure member safety, while delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records, with a focus on safety and strong teamwork. The position offers pro rata benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in supervising pool facilities and ensuring member safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room to keep members safe.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Respond to safety incidents promptly and follow Pool Safety Guidelines.
