Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a CRM Executive to lead targeted customer communications that drive engagement and loyalty. You will design and deliver CRM campaigns and lifecycle activity, using segmentation and performance data to build journeys that connect with customers.

Hybrid working is offered (3 days in the office, 2 days off-site). A discretionary bonus and staff discounts accompany a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM, campaign or lifecycle marketing role.
• Experience building customer segmentation, audience targeting and campaign workflows within CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use customer data to drive recommendations and performance improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign targeting and segmentation based on customer behaviour and priorities.
• Build and manage audience selections within CRM tools for effective journeys.
• Design CRM campaign workflows including triggers, logic and exclusions.
• Collaborate with CRM, Brand and Digital teams to translate plans into communications.
• Monitor campaign and journey performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support test-and-learn activity to refine targeting and design.
