• 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience designing and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
• Experience defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and consent management.
