Now we're looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer to join our fast-growing team.

Primary Duties:

  1. Lifecycle Campaigns: Build and launch end-to-end lifecycle campaigns that drive trial to paid conversions, boost retention, and upgrades. This includes copywriting and design (can use our internal design team for execution).
  2. Collaborate Across Departments: Work with teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging consistency and alignment throughout the customer journey.
  3. Own Intercom (or customer.io) Execution: Take charge of campaign workflows and audience segmentation within Intercom, ensuring tailored, automated outreach at scale.
  4. Analyze and Improve: Track campaign metrics, extract insights, and adjust tactics to enhance performance and meet key engagement and retention benchmarks.
  5. Targeted Messaging Strategies: Build nuanced segmentation frameworks to ensure communications are timely, personalized, and relevant at each lifecycle stage.
  6. Boost User Retention: Detect early signs of disengagement and deploy targeted efforts to re-engage and retain vulnerable segments.
  7. Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership, summarizing campaign impact, customer trends, and optimization opportunities.

This is a full-time & remote position. No slow processes—just jump in and start launching campaigns that reach millions of people.
