Viasat is seeking a Lifecycle Architect to lead the end-to-end design and optimization of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This individual contributor role collaborates with HR Shared Services and IT to translate business strategy into practical, self-service experiences.

You will own journey maps, tiered service models, and governance while enabling agents with SOPs, knowledge assets, and training materials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational design, business administration, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years in HR operations, process or service design, or HR project management.
• Experience designing employee-facing processes at scale.
• Strong proficiency with process mapping and journey design tools.

Aufgaben

• Design end-to-end employee lifecycle journeys (onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, offboarding).
• Create Tier 0 self-service paths, Tier 1 assisted support, and Tier 2 escalation routes.
• Partner with HR technology to define UI/UX requirements for systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain agent-facing enablement materials and SOPs.
• Monitor and improve lifecycle process performance with data-driven insights.
