Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Lifecycle Engineer to join the Controls Lifecycle Engineering team, supporting in-service LRUs across civil, commercial and aviation engine families. The role emphasizes cost and maturity improvements, data-driven insights, and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and MRO facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or equivalent engineering experience.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with in-service control systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage risk in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with LRU suppliers and MRO facilities to deliver improved cost and maturity support to Rolls-Royce.
• Develop insights and metrics to understand LRU performance and reliability drivers with cost focus.
• Present analysis for Project, Engineering and Supplier Management.
• Identify and lead changes through Lifecycle Engineering and Project processes.
• Support wider Controls Lifecycle Engineering team with cost and maturity challenges.
